Terms of Service

1. The Service

Breez is an AI-powered resume tool built for software engineers. It includes an AI resume builder, ATS keyword checker, and resume scoring system. We also offer an optional expert resume review add-on.

Breez is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change during this period. We will notify subscribers of any material changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Breez. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at breez@vermafoundry.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Payments and Billing

Breez offers the following paid plans:

• Early Access Pro: $10/month for your first 3 months. After 3 months, the subscription renews at the then-current rate (currently $30/month). Your early access rate is locked in for 3 months as long as you remain subscribed.
• Expert Resume Review: $149 one-time fee. This is a single-purchase service with no recurring billing.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

The Expert Resume Review is a non-refundable one-time purchase once the review has been delivered.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any resume content, work history, or other information you provide to Breez. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that content in order to provide the service — including passing it to our AI providers to generate suggestions.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not include information that is false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from Breez
• Share your account with others or resell access to the service
• Use the service to generate resumes on behalf of third parties for commercial gain
• Submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, copy, and branding associated with Breez is owned by Verma Foundry Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

The resumes you create using Breez are yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over your output.

9. Disclaimers

Breez is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that using Breez will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome. Resume quality and hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all resume content before submitting it to employers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verma Foundry Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Breez. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
